Using the Pass My Parcel service

We have tried to make the Pass My Parcel collection service as easy as possible. Pick-up your order in 3 simple steps:

1. Place an order online with one of our partners and select a Pass My Parcel store on checkout as your preferred delivery address
2. Check your emails for confirmation of your order, time it is available plus your personal pickup code. You will not be able to collect your parcel without this
3. Visit your local store and give them the name the parcel is addressed to and pickup code, and collect your item/s
